This patient’s teeth were pretty straight, so in high school her dentist told her that she didn’t need braces.  Her jaw had a click, but she had a nice smile, so she was happy she didn’t have to deal with braces in high school.  In college, her jaw click became more noticeable, and started to be uncomfortable.  She tried night guards, but they didn’t work that well.

Later, her teeth started to crowd and turn, her lower teeth looked uneven, and she was unhappy with her deep bite.   We educated her about Invisalign, and she was excited to try it.

We used Invisalign to improve her deep bite, expand her arches, align her teeth, and broaden her smile.  She used whitening gel in her Invisalign trays to improve the color.  Her treatment took about a year, and she couldn’t be happier with her smile.  A nice side effect of her case is that her jaw has stopped clicking and has stopped hurting.
