Invisalign to Treat Rotated Sloping Teeth

Our patient’s teeth were rotated and she had a sloping arch.  In the before photos, you can see that her teeth sloped downwards towards the back.  You can also see some teeth were rotated outwards while others tipped inward.

In this particular case, we were not only trying to straighten her teeth but really pulling the arch itself into alignment.  When you view the alignment bars in the before and after photos, you can see a remarkable difference in her alignment.  The patient maintained regular dental cleanings during her treatment to keep staining to a minimum.  She also used professional strength whitening gel in her aligners to whiten her teeth.  Other than a few restorations on her very back teeth, these are her natural teeth — straightened and whitened.
